Information posted here is intended to assist our statewide board in communicating and storing shared information.

In December 2007 the Chapter approved changes to the bylaws.

The major changes involve streamlining the officers and board members by removing the multiple vice president positions and two of the 'at-large' directors. This changes the total size of the board from 17 to 13 members, which the current board believes will be more managable and efficient for operation of our Chapter business. The changes also clarify the past-president position.
