Cancellations & Refunds

Any request to transfer registration to another person or for a refund must be received in writing by fax or postmarked by October 1, 2011. Transfer of registration to another person may be done at no charge. Refunds will be subject to a $30 service fee.

If written notification of cancellation is received after October 1, 2011 refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Texas Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
